Please note that the prices listed are starting prices. Additional charges may apply for nail designs, added length, cut down, or other custom services. Design pricing may vary depending on the complexity, and your technician will confirm the cost before beginning the service.
Service Guarantee
At Velora Nail Lounge, we take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for services that have already been completed.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our clients and technicians, Velora Nail Lounge kindly requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
